Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear from Calvexinae. If an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, here’s our return and refund process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email shayna@kitmnex.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or share our return address.
3. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging.

Refund Timeline

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free for the first attempt; you only bear return shipping. Subsequent exchanges incur a flat ₹100 fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched garments, items marked “Final Sale”, and intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos at shayna@kitmnex.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
