At Calvexinae (operated by SHAYNA FASHION HUB PRIVATE LIMITED), we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how, when, and under what conditions you may cancel an order, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. When Can You Cancel?
You may cancel your order, free of charge, at any point before it has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Dispatch typically happens within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days.

2. How to Cancel
- Sign in to your account at Calvexinae and open My Account → Orders
- Locate the order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Order
- Or write to us at shayna@kitmnex.shop with your order number and the reason for cancellation
We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 4 business hours.
3. Cancellations by Us
Calvexinae reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion when:
- The item is out of stock, mispriced, or unavailable due to a system error
- The shipping address falls outside our serviceable area
- We are unable to verify the billing details or detect a suspected fraudulent transaction
- Force majeure events (natural disaster, courier strike, government restriction) prevent fulfilment
If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email within 24 hours and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method or, for COD orders, as store credit / bank transfer at your election.
4. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

5. Partial Cancellation
If you wish to cancel only one or more items in a multi-item order, please contact us with the order number and the specific item(s) you wish to cancel. Provided the order has not yet been packed, we will process a partial cancellation and adjust the invoice accordingly.
6. Cancellation of Customised / Made-to-Order Items
Customised or made-to-order pieces (where applicable) can be cancelled only within 2 hours of order placement. After that window, work has typically commenced and the order is non-cancellable, although you remain eligible to return the delivered item under our Refund & Returns Policy if it does not meet promised standards.
7. Disputes and Grievance Escalation
If your cancellation request has not been processed within the timelines above, please escalate via our Grievance Redressal mechanism. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in (Toll-Free: 1800-11-4000).
